problem with spam

Hi All,

We have installed a new system ECC 6.0. on linux with max db database.

When i am trying to use TX SPAM and apply support packages I am getting the following message.

OCS file for SAPK-602DHININSURANC cannot be opened: /usr/sap/trans/EPS/in/CSR0120031469_0027409.PAT

But my file after decompressing it is available in EPS/in.

When i am trying to view it from DISPLAY NEW SUPPORT PACKAGES i am unable to see that sp.

Please any one help in moving forward,

Check the permission of the directory. You are using linux, it might be a permission issue.
