Spool not Generating when trying to repeat the output type

Hi Guys,

I encountered an issue wherein I cannot generate a spool for a certain output type. The output type is for handling units (for outbound delivery). When I am trying to repeat the output type and upon saving, a spool is not being generated. I don't have much any background on this kind of issue that's why I need your help.

Hello

Use Tcode NACE.

Select V6 - Handling Unit.

Then click Output type.

Choose your output type.

Then click on detail button.

In General Tab - for second time issuing of Output, you ought to have Indicator: Multiple issuing active.

Note: Generally to maintain sanity of the process multiple prints are not allowed.

I hope this suffice your requirement.

Ok thanks for the info.

I still have an additional question, do you know on how can I view the spools that were generated for a certain HU? I just want to view the details of the printout. Is that possible?

Use TCode SP01, if the user has create doc in recent past.

or check Table TSP01 by using TCode SE16N for list of spool request number.

Also you can check with Table NAST by again using TCode SE16N where put application as V6 for HU.
