Assignment to Std Hierarchy blank in Production

Hi Experts

We have a new Controlling area, but in Production the Standary Hierarchy is not in the Basic screen of the Maintain Controlling area.

When trying to create the controlling area, it gives the following error:

You have not yet created a cost center standard hierarchy for COAr FSZ

Message OH100

Diagnosis

The standard hierarchy for cost centers has not yet been created in controlling area FSZ.

System response

The system cannot continue processing. The maintenance transaction for the standard hierarchy is terminated.

Procedure

Create the standard hierarchy (under the basic data of the controlling area).

Yet it transported it to the Quality box but is missing in the Controlling area itself in Production.

Do we need to open Production to put it in?

Hi Dawn

Try to transport the request once again... You can also use program RKAZUTR1 in target client to update changes

If that does not help, create a new TR and transport.. I would not recommend to open prod client
