ARV_BC_XMB_WRP<date> fails

Hi

My archiving job is being cancelled because of which the xml files are not being archived in the production server.

The job log is as follows:

Job started

Step 001 started (program RSXMB_ARCHIVE_MESSAGES, variant &0000000016839, user ID BASIS001)

Archiving session 017013 is being created

Path: /sapmnt/PIP/Archive/

Name for new archive file: BC_BC_XMB_20110601_002756_0.ARCHIVE

0 XML messages archived

Error while accessing archive files

Job cancelled after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE.

Hello,

You could also try checking the following:

- if the definition of the physical file name is correct.

The naming convention for proper substitution is <DATE> and <TIME>.

- check that the messages have a final status as mentioned in note 872388, and try running report

SXMS_REFRESH_ADAPTER_STATUS.

- if this archive file is in the archive folder.

- if the user PISUPER has the authorization to access the operating system.

- if the operating system is mounted porperly to this application server.

- whether the user running the job has SAP_ALL authorizations

Check the table XI_AF_MSG whether it has an entry.
