Text Symbols in Standard Text(SO10)

Hi All,

Im new to this standard text.

My requirement is i need to send invitation letter to applicant through PB40.

For this i have created a standard text of text id type 'PALT'.

i have created some text symbols in the text like &PB0002-VORNA& etc where PB0002 is a standar table in the backend.

1) My issue is when the letter is sent the data of &PB0002-VORNA& is not displaying in the letter .

2) On top of the letter im getting this '-1-' .how to avoid this?

3) Is it possible to have a company logo on the standard text ? then how?

Hello,

one option is using an SMARTFORM (transaction SMARTFORMS) instead of SO10.

It is easy and let you put variables, adress, logos, tables....

This process of sending invitation letter to applicant accepts only standard text.

HI,

You cannot assign Image to standard text. And you are passing Variables to standard text.How will they get populate don their own?
