Negative value in MCBA Report

Dear All,

For one of my material (not whole mat type) in MCBA report i am getting negative values

what could be the reason for the same and how i can remove this?

Direct from table or this is due to some material master settings for that perticular material?

Hi Amit

You have marked this question as answered. I have same problem of movement type 121 values are not updated in MCBA. Please share how your problem is solved.

If u have allowed negative stock value in ur plant, and u have issued the material more than the availability.

then it can show negative value.

Dear All,

I have done the analysis...we have not allowed negative stock for that plant.

While comparing current stock in MBCA with MB52 I found that some values are wrong in MCBA. In some cases value in MCBA is negative. After analysing movement of values I found that values for movement type 121 are not updated in MCBA.

How can I update values?

Check all the material movement for that material using MB51. Sometime -ve values comes due to transfer posting movements e.g 322 within the plant
