TR stuck but material reflected in LS24 Report

Dear Sap'iens

A TR is there which has been stuck in LB11 which has qty 400kg which im not able to clear it at sametime

the mat. with same batch & same quantity is reflected in LS24.

So can anyone help to understand this Scenario?

which storage type & bin is the material?

Hi Murugan,

The above mat. is finished good product ,which is stucked in LB11 at sametime it is showing in LS24(same qty and same batch).

How it could be possible?

Storage type = 901 in LB11

Storage type = 252 in LS24

Goto LT24,Enter the material number & warehouse select Radio button open TO

Press F8 & see the open TO,if it is red confirm the TO

then go & see the stock in ls24.

Hi Murugan,

No it is not there in LS24 ,Because it has stucked in LB11(i.e TR) and TO is confirmed by the System(Auto).

So as soon as it gets clear from LB11, TO will get confirmed automatic.

What is Primary Use of interim Storage Bin?

Is the transfer order is confirmed ?If not confirmed then you can confirm it through LT12 ,If you dont want TO then you can cancel the TO thrrough LT15.Check the TO status first.

Hi sridhar,

The TR is stuck in LB11 it means TR is not cleared and In our process we had maintained TO automatic Confirmed.

So once TR will get cleared from LB11 then TO will also get confirmed automatically & then that material will reflect in LS24 bin.

But here the same material is stucked in LB11 and Same material with same batch no and qty is there in LS24 report?

LS24 can even be used to display stock in interim storage types.

You can see any stock in LS24.

so this is not a proof for a problem with an unprocessed TR in LB11.

Or do you want to say that your stock is already in its final bin despite of an open TR?

If this is the case, then someone created a TO manually using LT01 with movement 999 to move the stock without reference to the TR,

you can check this in LT24, enter your data and set the radio buton to confirmed TOs only.

if that was the case, then delete the TR with LB02 or in LL01
