Dear all,

Is there any asset report that captures the below information?

Class, Asset number, sub number, inventory number, description, cost center, Room, Personal number.

Hi Mohan,

As existing FA report may not give all the fields required, you can make use of existing report for e.g. "S_ALR_87011990 - Asset History Sheet" and use the "Sort Variant" to achieve this. If required goto OAVI > add field ANLAV-RAUMN (Room) and ANLAV-PERNR (Personnel number) to a new a sort variant and similar for other fields. After that execute asset history for example with the new sort variant selected will then output the fields you required.

Hi Mohan,

Some fields can be integrated as explained in note 335065 (modification free).

Using the note 335065, only fields from the ANLAV and ANLB are automatically integrated into the report. ANLAV stands for ANLA, ANLU and ANLZ. That means that for example the personal numbe is not possible.

Other fields are not integrated automatically. These fields can also integrated with note 335065 in the field catalog, but for

the supply of values has to be made with a modification in the report.

A Query could be a solution.
