Goods reversal not happening in QA-Status for an Inspection lot

We did the reversal , and inspection lot got cancelled, but it is still showing in QI-Status . we need this inventory ASAP. What are our options ?, we couldn't do the UD as the inspection lot got cancelled , we couldn't do the GR , as all are received in the PO, we couldn't do the transfer posting from QI- Unrestricted since it belongs to QM . Any help will be appreciated

One more info- The Inspection lot is having status LTCA - Lot cancelled , but the inventory related to this inspection lot is in QA stock . MDO4 / MMBE is showing the stock with inspection lot and having quality status

we cannot reversed the Material document , saying deficit of stock .and we cannot do transfer posting saying possible in QM

Reverse material document and do transfer posting afresh.
