Absence quota - IT2006

Dear all,

I want to create new record for IT2006. But when i type number of amount and then push Enter, it always will change to 0. What's happen? Pls help!

HI,

Go to the table V_556A_B- select No generation , against your absence quota, if you are not using time evaulation.

IT2006 is a absence quota. before you create records, you have to do the configaration to make availability of quota..after that you can create the record according to your config..

Hi...

01. Craete the quota type in V_T556A.. and also do the grouping for ESGand PSG quota type.

02. Permit generation in time evaluation.. V_556A_B (this is for whether you going to make it automatic (via time evaluation) or

manual RPTQTA00

03.Activate the quota rule by feature QUOMO.. T.code.PE03. (this determine the quota type dedection rule)

04.Set base entitlement.V_T559E. here you can set your base entitlement..

05.Determine validity and deduction period V_T559D.

check all these and try again.
