RAR Management View - Role Analysis Error

Hi Experts,

I have successfully performed uploading the rules without any error, user/role/profile full sync, full batch risk analysis and management report. We are getting some results for risk analysis and users analysis under management view but for role analysis we are getting zero results.

Recently we have changed the JCo pool configuration settings, do I need to restart the Server?

Currently we are using SAP Adaptive RFC connector for RAR. Do we need to change Adaptive RFC to SAP JCo.

Please advice me what could be the reason.

When I see the background job log, I see the following message. "java.lang.Null.PointerException. Is it OK to run background job with this java exception. How can I resolve this exception,

Hi Pooja,

I would upgrade the GRC AC to SP13 as well since your VIRSANH is on 13.

HI Pooja,

What I meant to say was that since your RTA is at SP13 your GRC AC componenet should also be on SP13. GRC isk nown to cause problems when RTA's are not in sync. Also make sure to upgrade to the latest patch level of SP13 becuase if I rmember correctlly that intial release had the problem in RAR where the reports would not run.
