Approver name missing in Approval Preview for Custom WFL

Hello Experts,

We have created a custom workflow for PO change. The workflow is working fine assigning right approver, showing right approver in SWIA, SWI6.

But, when we go to portal to check the approval preview, we are unable to see the Approver name there. Also, the Process type is being shown as 'Automatic Approval' and the approver is shown as 'system'.

I am not sure where the data is actually assigned. Could you please help me in sorting out this.

If you have SRM 7.0, please check if note 1578102 is helpful for you.

This note solved a similar issue recently.

We have created a custom workflow for PO change? what do you mean, did you create a custom WF or custom process level? what do you see in SLG1?

If i understood correctly, Agent are there in backend but not in Portal right..

Then issue with Portal .

Check with Basis consultant related to this.
