Solved: "Select a Subview" dropdown issue

Hi,

In UWL, some users are able to view the "Select a Subview" dropdown under task tab, while other users can't. What could be the reason?

Hi Ajit,

Do the users that can't view this have personalizations set on the Universal Worklist?

To check personalizations, please do the following:

It could also be a case that the user (that does not have the dropdown)

Does not have the same tasks in the inbox

Has an xml file that is taking precedence with a different NavigationNode.
