How to attache a document to an inspection method

pls give me a step by step answer

Use transaction CV02N to assign documents to inspection methods.

On the document data tab, upload the document.

Subsequently, go to 'inspection methods' tab under 'object links' tab. Select the relevant 'inspection method' and save.

I am not sure whether we get the service object box in inspection method, am not having SAP access right now...You can check if its there you can go to attach document part directly. Service object box is a small window that comes generally on the top left corner, its movable and kind of horizintal in shape. Just check if its there.
