STORAGE_PARAMETERS_WRONG_SET

Expert!!

One of my colleagues requires accessing the full permission on IDES to explore the feature.

I was going to define the full permission of all modules except the TOOLS menu.

I selected all functional modules except Tools Menu then click on Authorization Expert.. Immediately ended with error STORAGE_PARAMETERS_WRONG_SET

What is the caused of this error...as defined in the SM21(System Log: Analysis) short memory...or other reason.

Is there any other way to define the all functional module except BASIS Transaction?

Hi,

I would suggest that you check the existing roles delivered in the system, there should be a number of roles that do not have the developer transactions and system administration functions.

In addition I would suggest you resolve the STORAGE_PARAMETERS_WRONG_SET error - there should be a number of notes related to the error message in http://service.sap.com/notes. You just need more info from the error message dump to narrow it down.
