EHP 5 Pre-requisites

Hello all,

We are in middle of planning for the EHP 5 for our SAP ECC 6.0 system.

I am looking for information about what are the pre-reqs and dependencies from other systems in the SAP landscape like, SAP PI, SAP Solman, SAP SRM, SAP SCM, SAP BW in terms of the versions and support packs levels both pre- as well as post EHP5 implementation.

Any help in this regards is highly appreciated.

Dear JS,

-Before planning EHP5 on you customer system make sure(mandatory) you have SPS 23 applied on you solman system.

-In-terms of dependencies with other products - it would be better if you have EHP2 installed on NW2004s and EHP1 has been released for SRM/CRM/SCM products so as to have compatibility with EHP5 system.

Adding to that I would suggest you to check SAP TECHEd virtual video available on SDN "SAP EHP made easy".

In session it is clearly explained the dependecies of different products ERP EHP5, NW2004s EHP2, CRM/SRM 7.0 EHP1
