Classic Kanban issue when there is a lack of inventory

I have some materials set up with Classic Kanban replenishment 0006. When there is enough inventory to replenish the Kanban location, the transfer order is automatically created on setting the Kanban container to empty. It automatically confirms the transfer order when the status is set to full.

When there is a lack of inventory in the warehouse, there is a transfer requirement created, for the full amount. A transfer order is not created and it causes an error when trying to change the status to full.

Is there an easy way for the warehouse personnel to see the transfer requirements and change the quantity to the amount available?

There are several reports in the warehouse to monitor the open documents. LB10 is open TR report that can be used by the warehouse to check the open TRs that have not been fulfilled. They can sort the TRs by the desintation storage type (which is the kanban storage type) to restrict the search. They can use this report to manually convert TOs with the quantity available.

I'd reckon there must be a batch job for program RLAUTA10 created to convert these TRs to TO's. To be able to convert TRs to TO's with partials, there's a flag 'Partial provision in TO allowed' which could be checked. This will enable a TO creation with partial quantities.
