Link between Service ticket and it's project

Hi Gurus,

I need to extract with a BW datasource the project associated to a service ticket.

I'd like to know where i can find the project associated with a ticket.

I can't find any information using CRM_ORDER_READ FM.

I found the table TPROJECT which stores projects but i can't find any links with ticket GUIDs.

Can somebody help me?

Hello,

Now you can use table /TMWFLOW/CRMSCHD to link the project with the transaction number.

For me it was useful because I had multiple projects. Each project has a job that runs in the evening to import into production only some transactions. So I got all the transactions from the project and then I made my filtering.

Hi,

Actually, when you create a message through projects or assign it manually to the project, you're not creating any link from the message pointing to the project.

When you create a message directly in the project or assign to it, you'll just creating a link in the project pointing to the message.

So there is no way just looking at the message, discover in which project it was created. The only way for it is mentioning in the message, it's source project.
