Hello

Message VL 248 not found in any Programs so possibly it is dynamic calls. That means its part of standard behavior & probably hardcore in the system and can't be alter.

Also refer following SAP Notes for refernec:

- 1271483: Error message VL 248 in BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_CREATE_SLS

- 450953: VL248 when delivering text and value items w/o schedule line
