Asset Depr posting double in the GL, not in Assets

Hi Experts

I hope that you can help.

We have one Company out of 6 posting its depreciation double in the GL. The Assets show 350 000.00 but the GL shows 700 000.00.

This is on Production.

When testing it on QA, periods 5 , 6 and 8 posted double, but period 7 posted correctly.

Can anyone please assist, or give me some hint as to where I should look.

Thank you for that. It is only area 01 linked to 0L

The same depreciation areas are used for all companies, but only the one company is doing this.

Not really sure why this can happen... are you using parallel del areas and mapped both dep areas to same ledger in FI?

Can you check in OADB...

Hi Experts

I had to log a call on the OSS. They gave me note no. 1488592 which is quite recent.

It has fixed the problem.
