many RFC user type sessions in SM04

Hello,

we are finding many RFC user type sessions for a dialog user in SM04.

these sessions are not terminating when the user is loggin off.

in SM50, work process trace we are finding messages like below :

" I WARNING: MtxLock 0xc000000013a1609c rrol0062 owner=19 deadlock ? "

even if we manually logoff user from SM04,global logoff,RFC user session is not getting closed.

Please help.

What is the SM21 and ST11 says? What is your SAP and Kernel version ?

System log shows nothing critical on the user ID

my SAP version : ECC 6.0 EHP 4

kernel : 701 kernel and patch 135.

one more thing i noticed,when i go to SM50 and restart the work process,after WP restart,the program is still running.

You have to analyze the log on Sm21 and ST11. What kind of process it is on SM50 and what is the name to program which is running through that process ? usually these kind of errors related to Kernel, so Check on SMP if there is any latest Kernels are available update it.

Hello Krishna,

There is a bug in the kernel that produces such behavior. Please, install kernel stack 139 or newest.

This is reported in SAP note 1309072.
