Hi All,
We are implementing Co-browsing for one of our clients in B2B/B2C workshop.
As per our understading, we need to do the some settings in XCM.One of the settings mentions about the following:-
1.Hipboneserver- This is third party server which we need to have access.
2.Enablehipbone-This should be turned on.
Has anyone worked on the same scenario.
We require inputs for the same.
Also, one of the document metions about partner solution.Does anyone have any idea regarding the same ?
Regards
Sanjib Paul

Hi Mark,
Thank you so much for your reply.
I have gonethrough the link you have provided. This mentions following different servers:
1) Hipbone:
a. In the (http://help.sap.com/saphelp_sm40/helpdata/EN/b1/c9423b4ac8d506e10000000a11402f/frameset.htm), its mentions u201CCo-browsing is currently available only with a partner solutionu201D. I assume Hipbone server is one of the Partner Solution for Co-Browsing. Is this right?
2) Genesys:
a. I understand that this server is used for multi-channel communication for e.g. Chat/E-Mail/Telephone. Is this right?
b. Is this server the only way to support multi-channel communication?
c. Does this server play any role in Co-Browsing too?
Looking forward to your reply.Require some input for the same. Thanks in advance.
Regards
Sanjib
