SP-Level column shows you Support pack stack level. Check for Basis SP-Level, it will be support pack level unless and untill you always followed SP stack terminology during upgrade.

Thanks

Hi Sunny,

Whilst I was checking for the SPS download from Maintenance Optimizer for SPS19(ECC 6.0), I found that ABA & BASIS component levels are at 23 and APPL is at 19. Also for SPS 18 for the same, the ABA & BASIS component levels are 22 and APPL at 18.

So, going by my observation the ABA & BASIS levels couldn't be the SPS levels. Is it something to do with the APPL component, as for all the SPS, its level is the same as the SPS level

Yes. Support Pack stack usually denoted the Functional Components not Technical Components on ECC.

Hello.

goto the SP Stack Application on SMP, choose your ABA and/ or BASIS SP level as Stack level to start of with and then click on "Show SP Stack Content" - that will give you a list of SP's in this particular stack.

If it aint fitting to what you have go one lower or higher etc .. takes some time but you'll find your stack eventually.

If you cant find one fitting properly find the next closest to it and the update the packages that dont fit to bring it up to A Stack level. That will make patching the next time easier

Regards.
