Backup Authorization

Dear All,

What are the standard SAP roles available for DB Administrators to get the DB backup instead of using 'SAP_ALL'?

I already added the following roles to the user.

SAP_BC_DB_ADMIN_INF

SAP_BC_DB_ADMIN

But backup is not running. When I checked the backup log, it shows ' Schedule Failed'. But with "SAP_ALL' it works fine.

I want to remove 'SAP_ALL' from that user role.

Can you please instruct me that what are the standard SAP roles can assign to get successful DB Backup instead if assigning 'SAP_ALL'.

Hi,

Give complete access for DBACOCKPIT transaction, it should work.
