Sales order stock does not exit

Hi,

While confirmation of finish material the following error occuers.

Sales order stock does not exit.(Message no. M7184)

HI Yogesh,

It seems that you are trying to create a Make to order sales order, the system should create a planned order in the sales order and then you need to convert planned order to production order.

you can use example strategy group 20 or 26 based upon requirement on MRP3 tab of material.

It looks like the strategy group used in material master is not correct ?

which requirement type are seeing on sales order under procurement tab?

From a configuration standpoint, please review the requirements type assigned to the combination of the item category and MRP type. You will find this in config under:

IMG / SD / Basic Functions / Availability Check and Transfer of

of Requirements / Transfer Requirements / Determination of Requirements

Types Using Transaction

Please check the settings on the requirements type.
