doubts regarding Dealer Business Management process

Hi Gurus,

I am having few doubts regarding Dealer Business management process and integration with MM. Kindly give me clarity

a) For DMB sales order requirement, the Vehicles and parts procurement process should be done in DBM or ECC- Material Management?

b) Release strategy and MRP configuration for Procurement should be done in DBM or MM?

c) And also kindly give me clarity on DBM and MM integration.

Since we want to prepare TO-BE and Blue print document kindly help me as soon as possible.

DBM is designed to manage Sales related activity and the planning, procurement happens in ECC which is integrated to DBM.

The procurement process happens in ECC system so you should use MM functionality for procurement and similarly release strategy and MRP configuration for Procurement should be done in ECC MM. Integration points are you get demand in the form of for example spare parts from DBM system into ECC and all the Spares and Service part planning is done in ECC.
