LSO booking course

Dear All,

Cant we book any Employee for future courses..syste is not accepting the course which is happening today or in future..

but whereas system is accepting to book courses for past dates..

Exp:If todays date is 31.05.2011..i created Anger management course date for 31.05.2011, system is not acceptiong to book anyone..but wheras if i chagne the date date to 30.05.2011 system is accepting to book..

my query is system does not allow to book any courses for today and future date?? we only to rebook them...someone pls provide inputs..

Hello,

The possible reasons for not accepting the booking.

1. check the training schedule as you are trying on the same date.

2. check the schedule of the training if it is only for an hour and you are trying after the course.

3. check the setting for course booking and also check the participation number ranges

Hi ,

For this functionality we have prebook option provided on Course Type level, try this.

Please let us know the exact requirement .
