Charm configuration error: no activation log for bc set

I'm trying to configure CHARM for solman.

I've activated BC set in solution manager system, and followd guide from /people/dolores.correa/blog/2008/07/26/first-steps-to-work-with-change-request-management-scenario

my error is:

in tcode solar_project_admin, tab change request management, i click check button, and there's this error:

so if someone has experience this, please help.

Hi Bobby,

Apply the note 1468498 activation status of classical bc-sets and it should be ok after that.

please visit the SPRO change request management basic settings

then activate the BC sets then these errors will be gone

i've done that before, (automatic transaction recording right?)

i execute, and it said charm automatically configured.

still, bc set error persist.
