Termination was done by an user for an employee instead of another employee

Hi Experts,

My user has mistakenly did a termination action for an employee on 28 th of this month in the production system.

Payroll has to run for the particular employee also for the whole month of May.

How to proceed to run the payroll for the entire month of this particulr employee.

What are the possible solutions to comeup .

Hi

Delete the action from IT0000 and IT0001 and then try running the payroll for this employee only.

Delete the payroll results too before you run the payroll.

When you start deleting IT0000 (which is important), IT0001 and all delimited infotypes are shown in a popup. Mark them all and proceed. The system then cleans everything up nicely for you.

We deleted the termination action in actions infotype 0000.

delete the process action in infotype 0000, system will reset the date than run the payroll for the month of may
