sending email with attachment from sap to external email add

hi experts,

I wanted to know the configurations that I must check if my requirement is to enable our sap to send an email with attachment to external email.

I've found some configs but still cant send. I'm looking for connection configurations such as ports etc. And also i would like to know what transaction code where i can create my letter with attachment then tcode SCOT could read it for sending.

SBWP is the transaction where you can create a message with attachment ..

Hello

SAP Note 455140 helps you to configure emails out going and incoming.

To attach anything you can use SO01 or SBWP and send as email.

Also if the attachments are too often and had to be sent out using a particular user work with ABAP developer to write custom code to do this.
