Experts:
We have an SM7.0 for CHaRM.
We plan to use the same SM for SMD.
It's said that SMD has to be on a BI client on SM.
How do we make the only PRODUCTION client(100) a BI client?

Hello Laura,
The BI client can be located in the Solution Manager itself or in another host. You can use any client you want.
This is defined in the transaction solman_setup -> basic configuration -> user data
