Order Settlement

Hi All,

How to conclude weather a production order has been settled or not? Is there any status similar to REL, PCNF, CLS etc. ?

Or else it could be viewed through any reports such as coois?

Best regards,

K.Kumar.

Hi SIr if an production order is being setttled, it means its Balance is being Zero.In the Co02 or Co03 You can see

status of the production order, for balance you coould see at

"GOTo ": Tab,than cost ,than Balance

Thx

Hi,

There are few points which can show whether order is settled or not.

Firstly you can see in CO02 / CO03 ---> Go To (Menu) -

> Costs ---> Balance.

If Balance value is 0 then your order has been settled to the settlement receiver. If still balanace is there, then it is not settled.

Also there are some statuses which can indicate whether order has been processed for Period End Closing(Settlement) like VCAL, SETT & RESA.

Hi,

If order is settled then only order status SETT will appear along with other System statuses like REL,CNF, DLV etc. in CO02 / CO03. Even if more statuses are there then you need to click on Blue i icon of status where you can get details of all these statuses which system has updated.

Hope this clears your doubt.

Hi,

I have checked orders that has been settled ( Cost - Balance = 0).

I could see only status SETC and not SETT, as you mentioned.

Am i missing any of the settings?

Hi,

As balance is found 0 that is fine & valid proof of order being settled.

Also take help of your CO consultant for SETT status.

I don't think from PP side anything need to be done.

SETC stands for Settlement Rule Created.

You don't miss any setting.

Just confirm with CO consultant.
