Opening Balance through DTW shows up as JE and not as OB?

Hi Forum,

Trying to import opening balances as of 31 Dec 2010.

However, on importing the OJDT Header and JDT1 Lines, the TransType (origin on Display of Journal Entries), comes out as of type JE and not OB. I made TransType=-2 to make it show up as OB but it does not.

I have included one line ODJT Header and JDT1 Lines sample below.

What am I doing wrong please?

You may check this:

To DTW OB by JE template will always be override to TransType=30 which stands for Journal Entry.
