Cannot insert the value null into column TransId, table dbo.O.JDT

This my first post !

I write in this secction, (I wait it is the correct Post module).

the Customer have SBO 8.8 PL 0, SP 0, and this message error show, when They try in any module "Cannot insert the value null into column TransId, table dbo.OJDT"

What is the Step to repair this error?

You may check this:

It is usually caused by SP, empty row or by bug.

Thanks for your helping, I comment to you that the problem is not a "bug", simply the serie of The Journal Entry record has finished, for the such thing when we try to realize a document it was showing us the above mentioned mistake.

I Repeat, The error is not a "bug" the problem is a error of the settings. I correct this error.
