Please let me know , when an employee is rehired in the organization, will he get new personnel no or same old number, if same old number, how ? please elobrate
basically it is depend upon the duration of employment, if employee is rehiring after long time , like 1 or 2 month payroll run then the new employee ed should assign because their could be empact on taxes and pf and other legal payment.
We always rehire with same employee#. This way you have the entire history of the employee. It is important however that you have delimited the necessary infotypes in leave action to avoid payroll issues. (IT0008 is never delimited).
