Hi all,
My client want to change domain Name of our solution Manager (7.0) with dual stack on Windows 2008 Server and DB2 Database.
Please give me your suggestion on what need to be changed in SAP on windows and DB2 Database.

such changes will jeopardize the system operation. Better go with the standard process rather than making manual changes.

Correct procedure to do this is homogeneous system copy. Check SAPnote # 1233320 Domain migration for SAP system.

Is it possible to change as below instead of System Copy.
1. change the host entry /etc/hosts
2. change profile parameter whether we have given any fully qualified domain name..
3. check the rfc's, it might me configure through FQDN instead of ip address
