Delivery date change

Dear Expert

i have created past month sales order at current date, but i need past delivery date in sales order level and delivery level. i try with past date as selection date in VL01N, But it is not taking in delivery. how do give past date in delivery level.

can any one help me for this?

Hi,

You would most probably be able to enter a backdated selection date in VL01N if the system have calculated and determined a confirmed quantity in your schedule lines for the backdated sales order you have created.

Any date earlier than the earliest date where the system have determined a confirmed quantity, it would not pick up any delivery.

You cannot pre-date the Selection date in delivery but you can predate the Actual GI-Date provided stock was made available on that date.
