To remove the posting of wrong SKF

Dear all,

One of our business user has uploded wrong SKF with correct quantity through KB31N. Actually he uploaded ZWATER SKF instead of ZSTEAM with correct unit quantity of ZSTEAM.

How can I correct the same as the quantity upload should go to correct SKF.

Pls suggest.

Hi

If your SKF is category FIXED - Then refer the reply from Christian above

If its not category fixed - You can just reverse the doc from KB34N

Thanks for prompt reply.

i.e. suppose I have posted 100 qty for one of the reciever cost center with wrong SKF, now again I post 0 value to th same wrrong SKf, so would it nullify the original wrong posting? I believe system may retain original wrong posting. Plls correct me if I am wrong.

1. Go to SKF master KK03

2. See, whether it is defined as Fix value or Total Value

3. a If it is Fix Value - Use zero posting as mentioned by christian

3.b If its Total Value - reverse document
