Usage decision

For an Inspection lot, I have made the usage decision as Rejected and sent the material to Blocked.

In QA32 also, the quantity of the material is shown as in Blocked stock. but in MMBE, the material is not in Blocked stock.

What would have happened to the material.. Please help me out, how come this material be in Quality now.

If not in blocked, where is the material showing now in MMBE?

Thats what the problem is. We could not find where is this particular quantity of material existing now.. Say ,the lot is 300 pc.. Now the quality stock shows some 1000 qty. This 300 may also be a part of that 100 pc. But the problem is to find where is this 300 qty . The blocked stock is of 0 pc

Is this a batch managed material? If so, an easy way to find the stock is to look at the MCHB table. You will have a record in here for each material,batch,storage location.

It should show you where that stock is or if it is zero than you have no stock.

Hi

If stock posting is done thru UD then it will go to unrestricted then you can move to Blocked stock .

Check UD codes whether stock posting is defined from them.

Where to check the Usage decisions and the settings.. And there are material documents generated with movement type 350 and the t code specified in the material document is QA11..

How can we check and confirm that the usage decision For Rejection will put the material into unrestriceted...

Dear first check what is the ud code for the ud made lot?

in QS51 for catalog 3 select the selected set and click on selected set codes for the code what is the posting proposal UD if you have selected rejected UD code then it should be to block stock.

Check also in Qulaity inspection->inspection lot completion->define inventory postings to blocked stock movement types.

Check and Revert.
