Hi all,

Error : error in document BKPFF $ UEDCLNT111

error : FI/CO interface : Line Item Entered several times

error : Functional Area should be same as Zfunctional Area

i am trying to post the values by using bapi_acc_document_post.

can you please guide me,as how to go about with it.

Have you ever tried doing this manually in a standard SAP transaction?

1 BSEG record can only have 1 withholding tax code, so you would need several BSEG records if you have several witholding tax codes.

yes.through the standard sap transactions it is working properly.

we need to update those corresponding six records in the table BSEG.

what standard transaction do you use to change the witholding tax code in BSEG? (I mean changing , not the original posting)

FB03 is "Display Document"

FB03 has change functionality. But I don't know if it extends to the witholding tax code.

If you click the pencil in FB03 then you switch actually from Display in EDIT mode, which is nothing else than FB02 transaction.

I dont know if it is possible to change witholding tax information, thats why I asked. Usually there is not much you can change in a posted document, it is just a text at header level and a reference number.

error : FI/CO interface : Line Item Entered several times

Here I think you have not given the correct tax item number ITEMNO_ACC which is actually the link to the document item of the vendor/customer document. and this number has to equal the item number for the parameter ACCOUNTPAYABLE / ACCOUNTRECEIVABLE
