Free items in vendor outline agreement

Hello gurus,

we would like to maintain free items in one of our vendor outline agreements. Thee goods are delivered without charge, but I cannot enter price = 0.00 in the vendor outline agreement. I did not find a "free" tick like in a PO either.

Is there a way to maintain this?

It is not possible, uhave convert to PO refering the schedule agreement,there u can make it free.

There is a configuration for Free goods in SAP.Once u configure this & convert the SA into PO the system will create 2 line items one with value & another with Free items.

Check with IR indicator as off in outline agreement item level .

Hi,

You have the option to maintain free goods in conditions>Scales for outline agreements .In PO you can see the option to tick free goods when you scroll the horizontal scroll bar in the "Item Overview"approximately to the middle of the screen
