control key in routing

Dear all ,

we are using control key in routing for EXTERNAL PROCESSING.

The third operation is externally processed . (suncontraction ) .

every week monday we are running MRP run , now the requirement is :

is it possible to have a fixed date for that week (Say thursaday) this perticular External operation is scheuled ?

if it is not possible in Std SAP , What is the work around for the same ?

Hi Sir,

IN Ecc6.0 i dont think it is being possible to fixed the date fior the particular operation to be fixed. After running the MRP you have to mannualy changed the Subcontarcting purchase requistion to Purchase oredr

Can it be possible through planning cycle concept ?

Hi,

You can not assign planning calendor for operattion scheduling...
