Absence quota Cofiguration....

Dear Sapients,

i have configured one absence quota which should generate for each month as 1 leave each with Time evaluation.i have created time events in IT 2011 from 01.04.2011 to 29.04.2011 except 27.05.2011 and 28.05.2011.i didnt opt negative deduction also.The problem is when try to create absence i am able to create more than what he is eligible.say example on 27.05.20 he is eligible only 1 leave ;But i am able to create more than 1 leave.

Pls Advice where i went wrong......

Its working Properly.Related information i got from Lata and my self i tried and solved

Check screen type for your absence type it should be 2001.

Dear lata,

i have checked that here is the details

Program Name MP200000

Screen number 2001

But after first timevealuation 1 casual leave quota credited and i am able to take more 1 casual leave.

Check V_554S_Q

Quota dedection is checked and Deduction over interval end is unchecked.

Check that you have assigned correct counting rule to your quota.

Dear Lata,

I have checked the table what u suggest and thats fine as u said.still scenario is same

Ttime vents i have 01.04 .2011 to 29.04 .2011 (except 27.04 .2011 and 28.04 .2011)

I did the time evalutaion up to 30.04 2011

Casual leave quota generated 1

Even if i try make absence on 27.04 .2011 and 28.04 .2011 its allowing

Since quota generated on 30.04 2011 it should allow to create absent on 27.04 .2011 and 28.04 .2011 since i didnt opt negative deduction.

even if those leaves on next month that too should not allow more than one.

If it is a counting rule issue pls let me know how have to configure that.

I don't understand what is your issue properly.

Can you explain that :

how do you create more than 1 leave on a day ?

i have configured one absence quota which should generate for each month as 1 leave each (ie12 in a year 1 one for each month) with Time evaluation.i have created time events in IT 2011 from 01.04.2011 to 29.04.2011 except 27.04.2011 and 28.04.2011.i didnt opt negative deduction also.The problem is when i try to create absence i am able to create more than one day (e 01.04.2011 to 29.04.2011). (after time evaluation there will be only 1 leave in that particular quota and it is not supposed to allow more than 1 since there is no negative deduction) month he can say example on 27.05.20 he is eligible only 1 leave ;But i am able to create more than 1 leave.
