defect costs

To capture the defect costs please see the step I done

From notification screen I click Create order then system update order no: in the notification screen the I save the notification

Next in KB21N screen

I found lot of parameter here pls help me were we want to enter data

And also the order no updated in Notification screen, we want to enter in KB21N screen ?pls tell me

Hii,

Whether u have defined Activity types for the defect costs. Once u defined these activity you have to enter actual data at the time of Results confirmation in QA32 screen. Then on Notification cretaion these activity cost carry forward to the QM order.

i was created a work center and acivity type was assignes in the work ceter and cost also for this work center

now in QA32 screen after result recording what we want to do

Hii,

In work center Basic data view selct the Std value key rule of maintenance as should / must be entered. Also assign work center to Operation & after RR system will pop up for your activity cofirmation.
