Labour Hours

Hi,

I have a requirement to identify the total hours spent on each material plant wise. I am able to get the details in CA03, but can someone help in retrieving the data from tables to use in a custom report.

I want to sum up the total hours for every material/component.

Dear Malathi,

If your requirement is to display only the operations details for a list of materials along with the timings,then check this report

CA51 for task list type N,,plant,key date and the list of materials and execute the report.

In case if you have some other customer specific requirements,then you can create a simple query using SQ02 and SQ01 or

else using only SQVI by linking the tables,

Hi Mangalraj,

Thanks for the reply. Can you explain on how to interpret table PLPO. There are multiple standard values given in the table for wages, which one should i consider as actual labour hours.

Dear Malathi,

Do you want to capture the planned(defined values in the routing in CA03) for the labour activity type or else the actual timings

for these activity type for each product?

If you want to capture the actual values then assuming that you have production order based manufacturing ,it has to be taken

from the order confirmation table,(I'm not sure,check this table AFRU).
