auto forwarding message to SAP after office hours (service Desk)

Please i want to know how to make the solution manager forward the message( with priority very high only) to SAP after office hours

Following notes may help:

1394436 VAR: Priority 1 forwarding without SAP component check

1084744 Problems with the automatic function "Send to SAP"

1175015 Work Centers: Priority Very High messages not forwarded

we applied all the above note an still not working .

Hi all,

we have the same problem:

following note 1084744 in section 3.2.3 we can't find the action definition SLFN0001_STANDARD_DNO_CRM_AUTO

Please, how did you solved?

3.2.3 Enhance the action definition SLFN0001_STANDARD_DNO_CRM_AUTO

Select the application DNO_NOTIF.

Choose "Define Action Profile and Actions".

On the right-hand side in the list, select the action profile SLFN0001_STANDARD_DNO.

In the dialog structure, double-click "Action Definition".

Select the action definition SLFN0001_STANDARD_DNO_CRM_AUTO.

In the dialog structure, double-click "Processing Types".

Switch to change mode.

Under "Processing Parameters", choose "Change Definition".

In the container editor, choose "Create" in each case.

Hi Jansi,

Thank you for your reply but please note that we have st 400 level 25 highest support package SAPKITL435 (for our solution manager).

we also followed the note that mentioned above but we cannot find the action definition " slfn0001_standard_dno_crm_auto"
