In the process of upgrading the database get the following message:

Upgrade Dashboard packages failed. This entry already exists in the following tables (ODBC -2035)

Hello,

Before raising a ticket in SAP ,first you try take dashboard backup then upgrade again and if upgrade is ok then again configure it.

I succeeded in upgrading my company database for this kind of case.

I deleted unnecessary Queries and their Query Category.

It was the reason.!!

Hi,

You can report the issue to SAP with all the related information and the log file by creating a ticket on the Service market place.

The issue would be investigated.
