Stock Transfer Order

Dear Expert,

in my business transaction, Raw material and finished material stock transfers are there. My question is in shipping data maintain in plant, which sales area i want to give in that field. because lot of sales area are there. can i maintain common division for that.

can anyone tell me this?

Dear Velayutham,,

Material should be extended to the distribution channel for STO.

i.e, if you are doing STO from plant 'A' (sales org X) to plant 'B' you have to extend the material in the sales area X/STO Dist channel/division .

but in maintain shipping data in plant, there we can maintain only one sales area right? i can't assign more then one sales area.

Maintain the common division as 00 and then check the STO Cycle.

why i am asking means, normal sales area also we can assign in shipping data, but lot of sales area are there. all we can't assign. For STO only we can create separate division and do the process.
