Is there any public URL to access SAP Portal??

If I decipher your request properly, I believe you are looking for some publicly accessible SAP portals, right?

Thry this Google search, it will show all indexed URLs in the format http://<domain>/irj/portal

http://www.google.com/?q=allinurl:irj+portal

See this is URL we are using in our office for doing things...

http://atind004:50000/irj/portal (This one we cant access from out side of our office)

like this is there any public URL to access from our home so that we can do things & learn at home itself.

That isn't a fully-qualified domain name. Your browser needs to be able to resolve the host name in order to connect from home. You wouldn't even be able to ping a name like atind004, it should look like atind004.yourcompany.com

Even so, that's probably a name that can only be resolved on your internal network. You will need a firewall and proxy server to do this properly. Search this forum for many useful posts on internet-enabling a portal server.

SAP recommends that you access the portal using a FQDN and not just the server name.

If you want to access the company portal server from your home, ask your IT Admin if they can grant you external access.

For learning SAP Portal you can download the trial version from SCN: http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/downloads

Do you want a UID + PDW to login to someone else its Portal? Can you please Elaborate?

PS. SDN is running on SAP Portal technology and you have an account on SDN so in fact you already have what you are asking
