Crystal Report Schedule as PDF files and store them in Portal KM folders

Hello,

We have created crystal reports on top of BW Queries (using the new MDX Driver with Integration KIT) and published them directly to enterprise (infoview). We didn't use the BW publisher service. My requirement is to schedule them in output PDF format. I want them to be stored (or destination set ) as KM folder on portal. How can i accomplish this. I dont need the ability to run them on portal , but user should be able login to portal (as they normally would ) and check the PDF files in the folders they have access to. Currently BW report designer reports using broadcaster service are published as PDF files on to the KM folders. We are looking at similar functionality from crystal reports.

Any help or direction on this is appreciated. thanks

Hi,

the KM integration allows you to give people access to instances - which is basically the PDF file after you scheduled the report.
